Novin Simia Company, founded in 2008, is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and manufacturing firm in Afghanistan's electrical sector. With two decades of experience, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner, offering a wide range of services and products to diverse clients. Our operations are divided into two primary divisions.
EPC Division
EPC Division – delivers comprehensive turnkey solutions for electrical projects. We manage the entire process, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. Our expertise covers substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, and renewable energy power plants.
Production Division
Production Division – features four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that produce a wide range of electrical products, including medium and low voltage electrical equipment (switchgears & switchboards), spun concrete poles, and galvanized steel structures. We serve a broad range of sectors, including utilities, commercial enterprises, and residential customers. Test Laboratories
Novin Simia is equipped with advanced electrical and painting test laboratories, specifically designed to conduct routine tests on our manufactured products. We are fully capable of performing both electrical and physical tests and inspections in accordance with the latest international standards.
Electrical Test Laboratory
This laboratory is equipped with a comprehensive range of equipment, testing devices, and specialized expertise essential for testing of medium and low voltage products. It is responsible for conducting electrical and mechanical routine tests and inspections based on IEC standards for each product. These tests ensure that components, manufacturing processes, and finished products comply with established reference standards and specifications.

Engineering
At Novin Simia, our in-house design team consists of skilled engineers with extensive experience in design-build electrical projects. Our designs comply with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and other relevant international codes. A key advantage is our team’s ability to visit project sites, allowing us to develop practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to each project's specific needs.
Procurement
With two decades of experience as both a contractor and manufacturer in the electrical industry, Novin Simia has a proven track record of effective procurement. We identify suppliers whose products meet project specifications, fit within budget, and can be delivered on schedule to keep projects on track.
Construction
Our construction team is equipped with quality machinery and tools to perform installation and construction work on-site. We manage civil works, construction, erection, and installation for complex electrical projects, including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, and renewable energy power plants. We also provide full testing and commissioning services to ensure every project is delivered successfully.

Test and Commissioning of Substations
Novin Simia offers a complete suite of testing and commissioning services for high-voltage substations (up to 500 kV), transmission lines, and medium-voltage distribution networks.
